城市地质环境管理将是京津冀协同发展过程中的重要基础,多维度的城市地质环境“群测群防”体系,可鼓励公众参与,有效弥补传统信息采集方式的不足。以北京市门头沟煤矿区的王平镇南港村、东马各庄村为研究案例,建立SoftGIS网络调研平台和评价指标体系,探讨构建城市地质环境“群测群防”体系的必要性和可行性。实践证明将人的感知体验与地质环境监测结合起来,集公众智慧,群测群防,能更加及时准确地收集和分析城市地质环境数据,加强了公众对地质环境管理工作的理解和支持。在京津冀协同发展过程中,应用SoftGIS技术搭建起公众参与式的城市地质环境管理信息化平台,可以有效促进人的城镇化和城市的协调发展,这也是在城市地质环境领域走“群众路线”和建设生态文明的重要内涵。
Urban geo-environmental management will be an important foundation for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Multi-dimensional urban geo-environment and mass measurement and prevention system can encourage public participation and make up for the shortcomings of traditional information collection methods. Taking the case of Nangang Village and Dongmagezhuang Village, Wangping Town, Mentougou coal mine in Beijing, as a case study, the platform and evaluation index system of SoftGIS are set up, and the necessity and feasibility of constructing urban geological environment and “group measurement prevention” system are discussed. Sex. Practice has proved that people’s perception experience combined with the monitoring of geological environment, set the public wisdom, group measurement and prevention, more timely and accurate collection and analysis of urban geological environment data, and strengthen public understanding and support of the geological environment management. In the process of synergistic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Jiashi, using SoftGIS technology to establish a public participatory platform for information management of urban geo-environmental management can effectively promote the urbanization and harmonious development of cities. This is also the case in the field of urban geo-environment Route "and the important connotation of building ecological civilization.
