当前随着我国城市化和预拌混凝土技术的不断发展,能提升混凝土综合性能,完善生产施工方式的高效减水剂发挥着越来越重要的作用,成为预拌混凝土生产中不可或缺的第五组分。同时高效减水剂也成为导致混凝土早期收缩变形的重要因素之一,引起人们的高度关注。文章在全面介绍萘系、氨基磺酸系、脂肪族、聚羧酸系四种系列高效减水剂的基础上,针对当前预拌混凝土早期收缩变形的问题,探讨不同高效减水剂在其中发挥的作用,以期在理论和实践上为预防预拌混凝土早期收缩变形提供一定的借鉴和参考价值。
