花菇栽培菌株的选用是获取优质高产高效的关键,目前我省栽培的多为939、9015、135等菌株,其中135是目前品质最优的花菇菌株.135菌株系从日本引进的段术型菌种,属中叶型,菇形圆正,菌肉厚,不易开伞,盖为浅灰褐色,柄细短,在低温干燥下盖裂纹深,多形成优质的“明花菇”,花纹多为“菊花”或“葵花”形,出菇温度,5~17℃,最适10~15℃,袋栽一般接种后180~240天出菇,但菌丝对高温抵抗力较弱,菌温高于33℃易造成烧菌.菌筒宜避光培养,否则菌皮偏厚影响出菇.本文主要介绍该菌株的配套栽培技术.
