根据产量、生育期,植株形态等方面19个性状,对15个常用亲本进行遗传距离的测定,划分了类群.在此基础上,通过对14个组合F_2代性状的研究,着重讨论了遗传距离与F_2代性状的变异关系.结果表明:1.亲本遗传距离与F_2代某些性状的表型变异系数呈显著正相关,而与另一些性状的表型变异系数相关不显著.2.亲本遗传距离与F_2代性状的均值无明显关系.文中指出:遗传距离能够指导亲本的选配.但在杂交育种中,应考虑育种方向和要求,有针对性地选择性状进行遗传距离的测定,根据遗传距离的大小,结合亲本的综合表现选配亲本.
