传统的财务管理模式已难以适应现代化集团企业资金结算中心的财务管理需求,因此,应彻底转变财务管理模式,促进集团企业的持续发展。集团企业财务管理采用集中化管理模式,有利于实现资金宏观调控,进一步提高财务管理水平和集团企业的规模效益。集团企业资金结算中心财务集中化管理涉及的工作内容较多,如信息集中管理、全面预算管理、会计集中核算、全面成本管理、资金集中管理等,在结算中心财务集中化管理工作中,应建立集中化管理体制,实现资金的统一管理,加强预算管理,强化集团企业的财务监管,降低集团企业运营成本。
