今天,我们站在新的历史起点上,回顾新世纪的第一个五年, 是我国发展与改革历史进程中不平凡的五年,部委、省市、企业、科研机构……科技创新、高技术产业化、投融资力度等等,捷报频传、硕果累累,我国胜利地实现了“十五”规划的任务和指标。展望未来,我们也清醒地认识到,在全球性竞争中我国还面临着巨大的挑战。科技创新是国家战略,在“十一五”的开年,这承上启下的关键年,我们要继往开来,用自主创新这一民族“之魂”, 国之“脊梁”,“谱写”十一五“辉煌。
