在介绍小波包变换和支持向量机原理的基础上,阐述了如何利用小波包变换和支持向量机对提升机进行故障诊断的方法,该方法将故障信号经小波包变换后的频带能量作为特征向量,利用训练样本训练过的多故障分类器对特征向量进行故障识别与分类,并以提升机轴承故障为例进行了论证,试验证明,该方法对故障具有很好的诊断效果及实际运用价值。
On the basis of introducing the principle of wavelet packet transform and support vector machine, the method of how to diagnose the elevator using wavelet packet transform and support vector machine is expounded. The method takes the frequency band of the fault signal after wavelet packet transform as the eigenvector , The multi-fault classifier trained by the training samples is used to identify and classify the eigenvector fault. The paper also takes the case of hoist bearing fault as an example to prove that this method has a good diagnostic effect and practical value for the fault.
