从1978年开始,TIROS-N/NOAA系列的第三代业务气象卫星,向地面发送定量的多波段数字信息,使气象卫星数据处理和应用研究跃入了新阶段。利用NOAA卫星动态资料经计算机处理得出的图像和各种物理量被广泛用于气象预报、海洋环境要素监测、渔场分析、作物估产以及洪水、林火等灾害性要素的实时监测。NOAA卫星短周期、大范围的定量信息,与陆地卫星等资料的复合利用,推动了遥感动态应用研究的实用化。“七五”期间,为保障海洋经济的开发,正在加强海洋环境的监测和预报工作,筹备建立为海洋服务的气象卫星地面站的同时,NOAA卫星的海洋环境实时监测和业务预报的遥感应用研究也已进入攻关阶段。本文阐述的内容是NOAA卫星海洋环境遥感业务软件系统研究的前导部分。
Since 1978, the third generation of the TIROS-N / NOAA series of operational meteorological satellites has sent quantitative multi-band digital information to the ground, lending meteorological satellite data processing and application research to a new stage. NOAA satellite short cycle, a large range of quantitative information, combined with land satellites and other data to promote the practical application of remote sensing dynamic applications. During the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period, in order to ensure the development of the marine economy, the monitoring and forecasting of the marine environment is being stepped up. In preparation for the establishment of a meteorological satellite ground station serving the ocean, real-time monitoring of the marine environment and application of remote sensing by the NOAA satellite Has also entered the research stage. This article describes the leading part of the NOAA satellite remote sensing business software system.
