目的 研究细胞间粘附分子1(ICAM1) 在葡萄膜炎免疫反应中的作用。 方法 应用免疫组织化学染色检查20 只正常眼和54 例葡萄膜炎眼球摘除眼的脉络膜和视网膜组织中ICAM1 的表达。 结果 正常眼的脉络膜和视网膜组织没有ICAM1 的阳性染色,葡萄膜炎眼中有增高表达( P< 0 .01) ,外源性和内源性葡萄膜炎眼组间ICAM1 表达统计学上无显著差异( P> 0 .05) 。 结论 葡萄膜炎发病过程中,ICAM1 介导白细胞和炎症部位组织细胞的识别和粘附,导致眼部组织的免疫性损伤
Objective To study the role of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in the uveitis immune response. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of ICAM-1 in the choroid and retina of 20 normal eyes and 54 cases of uveitis. Results There was no ICAM-1 positive staining in the choroid and retina of normal eyes, and the expression of ICAM-1 in the eyes of uveitis and endogenous uveitis was increased (P <0.01) There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion During the pathogenesis of uveitis, ICAM-1 mediates the recognition and adhesion of leukocytes and inflammatory cells in the tissues, resulting in the damage of the eye tissues
