随着高层建筑和重负荷工业厂房的增多,将大量采用大直径(>φ60cm)灌注桩基础。目前,这种桩的成孔方法较多,但都离不开专用机具。贵州省机械化施工公司结合贵州地区喀斯特地基的特殊情况,创建了用履带吊进行高能量、低频率干法冲孔的新工艺,顺利地完成了贵阳卷烟一厂主厂房工程φ850、φ1000、φ1250、φ1300共42个桩成孔任务,总进尺510.22m,孔深达23m,并嵌入中风化岩层1m以上,保证了该工程施工要求。现已推广到其他工程中应用。该法所用冲孔机为15t吊车,吊杆长为13~
