由于中药材饮片存在形状不规则的问题,故该文对先前推导的中药通用提取动力学模型进行了简化,将公式中较难确定的药材粒径这一参数融合在最终参数a中。减少药材粒径的直接测定能够增加模型的准确性,扩大模型的适用范围,并且和实际生产情况更加接近,最终建立了简化后的模型公式以及相应的实验方法和数据处理方法。并以黄芩中总黄酮为测定指标,对水煎煮法提取黄芩中总黄酮对该模型的适应性进行了研究。研究发现,黄芩总黄酮质量浓度的自然对数值随时间、溶剂倍量值的自然对数变化成良好线性关系,通过计算,拟合,成功地建立了水煎煮法提取黄芩总黄酮的动力学模型,并对该模型进行了验证,拟合度良好,偏差能够很好地控制在工业生产要求的范围内,说明该方法的模型适应性良好。
Because of the irregular shape of Chinese herbal medicine slices, this paper simplifies the general extraction kinetics model of traditional Chinese medicine.
