前言当代科技的某些尖端领域,迫切要求解决微小力值的精确检测,尤其是它的动态测量。所谓微小力值检测,通常指的是能够精确地对(2~250)gf这样微小力值进行静态、准静态以及动态测量。当前,在航天、航空和对各种宇宙飞行器的自动控制中,在各种高精密微量控制系统中,经常要求直接测量微小力值及其变化,进行分析比较并作为自动调节系统的反馈信号。
INTRODUCTION In some of the most advanced areas of contemporary science and technology, there is an urgent need to address the precise detection of small force values, especially their dynamic measurements. The so-called small force detection, usually refers to the precise (2 ~ 250) gf such a small force values for static, quasi-static and dynamic measurements. Currently, in aerospace, aviation and automatic control of various space vehicles, it is often required to directly measure the small force values and their variations in various high-precision micro-control systems for analysis and comparison and serve as a feedback signal for the automatic adjustment system.
