In February 1955, one of the oldest scientific societies in our country, the Soviet Geographical Society under the Soviet Academy of Sciences, will hold a congress in Moscow. This society unites more than 5,000 Soviet geographers, mostly science workers and geography teachers in secondary and tertiary institutions.
