以话缆生产线收缆单元速度跟踪控制系统为应用对象,提出适合非线性时变系统的模糊控制算法,但在系统运行极限情况下,控制精度和响应速度都不够理想。为此,进一步提出,Fuzzy-PI(或PID)控制算法和改进控制分区策略的模糊控制算法。具体如何选择则由被控对象特点决定。
In this paper, the fuzzy control algorithm suitable for non-linear time-varying system is put forward based on the speed control system of the take-cable unit of the cable production line. However, the control accuracy and the response speed are not satisfactory enough under the operating limit of the system. To this end, further proposed fuzzy-PI (or PID) control algorithm and improved control partitioning strategy fuzzy control algorithm.
