According to the investigation and study of experts in Beijing Museum of Art and Culture, the emperor of the Qing Dynasty, especially Emperor Kang Yong and Emperor Qian Gan, paid special attention to calligraphy. This historical phenomenon should be recognized in the context of history and culture at that time. On the one hand, the state has successively opened a series of mega-cultural projects such as “ancient and modern book integration” (Kangxi Period) and “Sikuquanshu” (Qianlong period), which took more than one hundred years. It requires the power of the whole nation to mobilize hundreds of Thousands, tens of thousands of intellectuals. Excellent calligraphy, book, copy process essential. On the other hand, the supreme ruler has no practical significance to the contents of the examination examinations, and can not reflect the fact that the candidates are really learned. However, they have long been fully aware of it. Instead, they have accomplished their calligraphy skills and can write standard official documents.
