人才培养质量是大学生就业竞争力的核心,是大学与经济社会和谐发展的基础,提高人才培养质量刻不容缓。本文针对理工院校法学专业学生就业形势严峻的现状,分析了提升理工院校法学专业学生就业竞争力的必要性与可行性,设计了协同创新,提升理工院校法学专业学生就业竞争力的思路。
The quality of personnel training is the core of college students’ employment competitiveness and the basis for the harmonious development of universities and economy and society. It is imperative to improve the quality of personnel training. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of promoting the employment competitiveness of law students in science and engineering colleges according to the current situation of employment situation of law students in universities of science and technology. It also designs the idea of collaborative innovation and enhancing the employment competitiveness of law students in science and technology universities .
