目的：观察痰热清联合头孢替安静滴治疗小儿细菌性肺炎的临床疗效。方法小儿支气管肺炎60例，随即分两组各30例，治疗组用痰热清联合头孢替安静滴，对照组用头孢替安静滴，两组比较。结果治疗组患儿发热、咳嗽、咯痰、肺部啰音消失时间及治疗时间，均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论此法临床症状改善快，肺部音消失早，疗程短等优点，且使用安全。“,”Objective: To observe the clinical ef ect of Tanreqing for quiet drip in the treatment of children with bacterial pneumonia. Methods: 60 cases of bronchial pneumonia in children, and then divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group, treatment group with Tanreqing injection combined with ceftazidime for quiet drops, the control group with ceftazidime for quiet drops, the comparison between the two groups. Results: the treatment group patients fever, cough, expectoration, pulmonary rales disappearance time and treatment time, were shorter than the control group, the dif erence was statistical y significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion: the method is rapid improvement in clinical symptom, pulmonary rales disappeared early, shorter course of treatment, and the use of safety.
