尿道过短所致阴茎下曲临床上很少见到,与尿道下裂不同之处是尿道外口仍在龟头的正常部位上,有包皮系带但短小。我们遇到一例,经尿道伸长手术矫正阴茎下曲效果满意。术前曾设计了几种尿道伸长手术方式,对比提出探讨。手术方法1.皮肤切口。尿道留置导尿管,龟头挂线向腹壁牵引。在阴茎下曲部位从阴茎腹侧纵轴向切开,两端再横切,使切口呈 H 形。2.尿道伸长手术方式。(1)尿道海绵体肌松解术—从尿道海绵体肌一侧分离,由尿道海绵体肌与阴茎海绵体肌白膜之间进入,从对侧戳出。用细导
