目的:研究结核性脑膜炎患者的临床护理体会。方法:选取我院自2013年6月至2014年3月这段时期收治的50例结核性脑膜炎的患者,对其采取护理措施,并对护理效果进行总结分析。结果:患者经过治疗和护理措施进行护理之后,46例患者均治愈出院,在给予护理措施之后没有出现并发症,2例患者治疗无效死亡,2例患者自己放弃治疗。结论:给予结核性脑膜炎的患者及时的观察病情接受治疗以及精心的护理措施,能过显著减少并发症的发生,降低患者的病死率,使患者保持一个愉快放松的心情接受治疗,提高了临床治愈率,极大的改善了患者的生活质量。
Objective: To study the clinical nursing experience of patients with tuberculous meningitis. Methods: A total of 50 patients with tuberculous meningitis admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to March 2014 were enrolled in this study. Nursing measures were taken and nursing effects were summarized. Results: After treatment and nursing care, 46 patients were cured and discharged. No complications occurred after the nursing measures were given. Two patients died of treatment ineffectiveness and two patients gave up their own treatment. Conclusions: The timely treatment of patients with tuberculous meningitis and careful nursing interventions can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, reduce the mortality of patients and keep the patients in a pleasant and relaxed mood, and improve the clinical The cure rate has greatly improved the patient’s quality of life.
