近年来,在神经系统疾病的诊断中,由于CT的广泛应用,配合脑电图(EEG)检查.明显地提高了临床诊断率.CT扫描和EEG检查,两者起到了相互补充的作用.今选择本院自1985年1月至1986年12月同时作了CT和EEG检查的119例神经系统疾病的门诊、住院患者,对照分析如下. 资料、方法与结果分析对象系我院门诊和神经内科住院诊断的神经系统疾病患者,119例中男性69例,女性50例;年龄分布为4(1/2)~81岁,除了<14岁的2例小儿外,均属成人病例;平均年龄43.17岁。按疾病分类:脑血管病31例(脑出血6例、脑梗塞25例;平均年龄54.05岁);颅内占位性病变14例(肿瘤11例、脓肿1例、囊肿1例、囊
In recent years, in the diagnosis of nervous system diseases, due to the wide application of CT and the combination of electroencephalography (EEG) examination, the clinical diagnosis rate is significantly improved .CT and EEG examination both play a complementary role. A total of 119 outpatients and inpatients with neurological diseases who underwent both CT and EEG examinations in our hospital from January 1985 to December 1986 were analyzed as follows.Materials, Methods and ResultsAnalysis was performed in our hospital and neurology department Among 119 patients diagnosed with neurological diseases, there were 69 males and 50 females in 119 cases with an age distribution of 4 (1/2) to 81 years, all of whom were adult cases except for 2 infants <14 years of age; the mean age was 43.17 year old.
