1983年11月～1986年12月对厂州市城区健康人群调查,年平均带菌率 NL 波动在8. 3～11. 4％,NM 波动在9. 0～15. 6％。NL 带菌率年龄愈小愈高,但在各城区不同时期和性别上无大差别,其带菌期平均约为3个月。而 NM 带菌率则倾向大年龄组较高。NL 带菌者与NL、NM 阴性者的 A 群 NM 杀菌抗体水平无显著性差异,考虑有些对象曾感染过 NL、NM 有关,故应进一步作 NL 抗原的研究。
From November 1983 to December 1986, a survey of healthy population in urban area of Changzhou City was conducted. The average annual load of NL ranged from 8.3% to 11.4%, and the fluctuation of NM was from 9.0% to 15.6%. The smaller the higher the banding rate of NL, but no significant difference in different periods and genders in different urban areas, with an average of about 3 months for the carriage of NL. While the incidence of NM is higher in older age groups. There was no significant difference in the level of bactericidal antibody against group A NM among NL carriers and those with NL and NM negatives. Considering that some subjects had been infected with NL and NM, it should be further studied for NL antigen.
