孟宪斌中国人民解放军总政歌舞团一级作曲。男,汉族,1942年4月出生,黑龙江呼兰人。1957年考入沈阳音乐学院附中,1960年升入本科作曲系,师从著名作曲教授竹风先生,1965年毕业入伍至工程兵文工团任创作员。系中国音乐家协会会员、中国合唱协会会员;曾任中国音协发展委员会副主任、中国合唱协会理论创作委员会副主任。历任工程兵文工团音乐创作
Meng Xianbin Chinese People’s Liberation Army General Political Department Song and Dance Troupe composer. Male, Han nationality, born in April 1942, Hulan people in Heilongjiang province. In 1957 admitted to the Shenyang Conservatory of Music middle school, 1960 entered the undergraduate music department, under the tutelage of famous composer Mr.Zhu Feng, 1965 graduated from the army to engineering corps as animator. He is a member of China Musicians Association and a member of China Chorus Association.
