GWCY-2超声波管外测压仪是用来解决液压系统压力测试问题的一种新型仪器,它能从管外直接测量出管内油液压力,对原有系统无任何影响。文中简要地回顾了压力的管外测试方法,并加以改进得出测压数学模型,着重论述了该仪器的电路设计、工作原理以及设计中关键问题的处理技巧等。最后给出了该仪器的性能指标,并得出结论。
GWCY-2 ultrasonic tube pressure manometer is used to solve the hydraulic system pressure testing a new instrument, which can directly measure the oil pressure inside the tube, the original system without any impact. In this paper, we review briefly the method of stress measurement outside the tube and improve the mathematical model of stress measurement. The circuit design, working principle and key techniques in the design are emphasized. Finally, the performance index of the instrument is given and the conclusion is drawn.
