Thyroid differentiated carcinoma (papillary adenocarcinoma and follicular adenocarcinoma) is the most common malignant tumor of the thyroid gland. In our hospital, from January 1964 to January 1994, 2697 cases of thyroid surgery were performed. 183 cases of thyroid cancer were confirmed by pathology. 170 cases of differentiated cancer accounted for 92.9% of thyroid cancer.
