随着电子商务的日益深入,BtoB、BtoC业务也被广大的市场和消费者接受,纺织服装专业市场的BtoB业务日渐成熟。淘宝网2007年的服装类商品销售额甚至超过北京市所有亿元大卖场销售额的总和,网购已经成为相当一部分人群的消费习惯。在电子商务日益普及的今天,也出现了很多问题,不仅使消费者的权益受到损害,也给销售方带来了损失。为帮助专业市场更好地了解电子商务发展情况,本刊继续发表专家文章摘要。
