社会主义市场经济体制的逐步确立,不仅给卫生防疫工作提出了新的任务和要求,同时,也给我们职工带来新的思考。尤其是职业道德教育和廉政建设更面临着严峻的形势。面对现实,我们坚持以党的基本路线为导向,用邓小平同志关于建设有中国特色的社会主义理论和社会主义市场经济理论武装职工,加强职工的职业道德教育,强化廉政意识,重视行业作风的考核评价,积极探索在市场经济特定条件下,防疫站如何抓好职工的职业道德教育和廉政建设的新路子。
