我市于1986年5月对所辖12个县在服食脊髓灰质炎活疫苗后的人群进行了抗体水平调查,现将结果报告如下。1、调查对象:1984年9月31日～1985年9月31日出生的初服“糖丸”活疫苗儿童。2、服率苗调查:按免疫程序Ⅰ型及Ⅱ+Ⅲ型全程服苗后4～8周。用WHO推荐的按容量比例概率抽样法进行。
