伴随着科学技术的发展,氢焰色谱检测仪技术也得到了较大程度的提高,如氢焰检测仪的最小检知浓度越来越小。氢焰色谱检测仪技术指标的提高一方面使其得到更广泛的应用,另一方面也给仪器检测工作带来一定的问题。传统的检测方法在检验氢焰检测仪的最小浓度及其它技术指标时,通常采用人工配制洋气的方法,其配样不确定度和较大的主观误差成为系统误差的主要部分。本文从介绍氢焰检测仪的工作原理入手,在分析传统检测方法的基础上,提出用配气仪实现自动配样,从而达到有效检测氢焰检测仪技术指标的目的。
With the development of science and technology, hydrogen flame chromatography detector technology has also been greatly improved, such as hydrogen flame detector minimum detection concentration is getting smaller and smaller. Hydrogen flame chromatographic detector to improve the technical indicators on the one hand make it more widely used, on the other hand also to the instrument testing some problems. The traditional detection method usually adopts the method of preparing foreign air when testing the minimum concentration of hydrogen flame detector and other technical indicators. The sample uncertainty and larger subjective error become the main part of the system error. This paper starts with the introduction of the working principle of the hydrogen flame detector. Based on the analysis of the traditional detection methods, it is proposed to automatically sample with the gas distributor so as to achieve the purpose of effectively detecting the technical indicators of the hydrogen flame detector.
