妇女人权是国际人权法的组成部分,也是衡量一国国内人权状况的重要标准。妇女人权的实现不仅依赖于国内法的保护也离不开国家间的合作,国际保护是促进妇女人权实现最重要的推动力。本文将通过对联合国框架下的妇女人权保护机制的介绍,对比欧洲人权公约关于妇女权利的规定,以期对促进妇女人权在中国的进一步发展和完善有所助益。
Women’s human rights are an integral part of international human rights law and an important measure of the human rights situation in a country. The realization of the human rights of women depends not only on the protection of domestic laws but also on the cooperation among nations. International protection is the most important impetus for promoting the realization of women’s human rights. This article will compare the provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights with the introduction of a mechanism for the protection of women’s human rights under the framework of the UN so as to help promote the further development and improvement of women’s human rights in China.
