山西阳煤化工机械(集团)有限公司是阳煤集团的直属企业,是上市公司阳煤化工的全资子公司,公司的前身是1966年建厂的原山西省化工厅直属企业——山西化工机械厂,经过近五十年的发展,现已成为一个集研发、设计、制造、安装、培训、检修、维护服务于一体的大型化工机械装备制造集团,公司下设太原、永济、新疆三个化工装备制造基地。
