当前花粉培养愈伤组织的诱导率和绿苗分化率不高,重要原因之一是如何改进培养基。1977～1978年,我们以小麦、玉米为材料,进行了在培养基中加石油助长剂代替激动素的试验,取得了较好效果。
The current callus induction rate of callus and green shoot differentiation rate is not high, one of the important reasons is how to improve the medium. From 1977 to 1978, we used wheat and corn as materials to test the effect of adding petroleum extender in the medium instead of kinetin and achieved good results.
