随着显微外科技术的发展,近年来已有应用显微外科技术吻合小血管、神经的阴茎再植报道。最近我们收治1例阴茎完全断离,应用显微外科技术再植成功。报告如下。 患者韩××,男,35岁,阴茎完全断离3小时急诊入院。住院号274651。缘患者因家庭纠纷不幸被剪断阴茎,于1980年8月22日由外院转来急诊。断茎未作冰冻冷藏送来。当时患者无休克及其他症状。检查:神志清醒,安静,脉搏84次/分,血压140/80。心肺正常,腹部未见异常。阴茎于中段偏近侧离断。断面尚整齐(图1)。当即行急诊再植手术。
With the development of microsurgery technology, in recent years, microsurgery has been applied to meet the small blood vessels, nerves, penile replantation reported. Recently, we received a case of complete penis off, using microsurgical techniques replantation success. The report is as follows. The patient had no shock and other symptoms at the time. Check: conscious, quiet, pulse 84 beats / min, blood pressure 140/80. Cardiopulmonary normal, no abnormal abdomen. Penis in the middle of the proximal side off. Section is still neat (Figure 1). Immediate emergency replantation surgery.
