伴随着国家社会主义新农村的建设步伐,国家对农村税务费用进行了相应的改革,农村债务问题是改革后遇到的重要问题。面对如此不利现状,一些农村以变卖粮食和村里合作出资的方式来偿还债务,这种做法虽然能解决一时的困难,但不能从根本上保证此类问题不会重复发生。
With the pace of building a new socialist countryside in our country, the state has made corresponding reforms in the tax expenses in rural areas. The rural debt problem is an important issue encountered after the reform. In the face of such unfavorable situation, some rural areas pay off their debts in the form of selling grain and co-financing with the village. Although this solution can solve the temporary difficulties, it can not fundamentally guarantee that such problems will not recur.
