随着我国社会主义市场经济的快速发展,越来越多的企业看重人力资源的信息化系统管理,并希望以此来达到对企业资源的优化整合,在一定程度上降低企业运营成本,提升企业公司管理运营效率。人力资源管理信息化转变传统对资源进行单方面管理的观念和方式,能够有效地将企业的人力、物力、财力信息进行整合。适当合理的信息化系统管理,有助于营造和谐的人才发展环境,提升企业竞争力,对加快企业管理信息化的步伐具有重要意义。本文基于企业人力资源信息化系统管理的发展现状,简要构建新形势下人力资源管理信息化系统的总体框架,着重讨论人力资源管理信息化系统的设计方案,以供相关行业工作者借鉴。
