1 5—氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu) 是常用的抗癌药。近年来用于急性胰腺炎(AP)的治疗,具有缓解腹痛及降低血、尿淀粉酶的作用.其机制是通过对胰腺腺泡的DNA和RNA合成的抑制.阻断胰腺外分泌细胞合成和分泌胰淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶。一般250~500 mg·d~(-1),静滴,连续5~7 d。由于其用量较小,一般不会产生明显的副作用。2 硝苯啶 为钙拮抗剂。用于AP的治疗,20 mg·次~(-1),tidpo,疗程5~7d,疗效明显优于常规疗法的对照组,尤其对腹痛的缓解更为迅速。作用机制是通过阻滞钙通道,使小动脉扩张,胰腺血流量增加,改善微循环,减轻胰腺水肿;并有抑制平滑肌收缩,缓解因胆道及胰管阻塞引起的腹痛,以及减少胰腺分泌的作用。
