At present, Taiwan’s economy is in a dilemma related to the fact that the industrial structure has not yet been smoothly adjusted. This article explores in depth how Taiwan’s industrial structure should be adjusted and how policy finance should play an enabling role. The adjustment of industrial structure is the main driving force for maintaining the competitiveness of a country and region and for sustaining sustained economic growth. The financial sector, on the other hand, plays an important role. At present, Taiwan’s economy is in a dilemma related to the fact that the industrial structure has not yet been smoothly adjusted. In the process of industrial restructuring, experience shows that policy finance has always played an important supporting role.
