随着全球新一轮并购浪潮的来临,在华跨国并购也在加速,在吸引外资,技术的同时,国有资产的流失,民族品牌的消亡,以及行业外资垄断,国家的经济安全受威胁等一系列问题的暴露是值得我们重视和警觉的,如何通过政策法规鼓励国外跨国公司在我国开展并购活动,同时又避免上市公司的国有资产流失,防止跨国并购中产生的产业控制和垄断,保障我国经济安全就成为我国亟待解决的问题。
