兔中性粒细胞(PMN)表面有CD_(18)的基础表达,地塞米松(DEX)可使其表达减少,并具有剂量依赖性;用糖皮质激素受体(GR)阻断剂RU38486和DEX同时处理PMN,随着DEX/RU38486浓度比的下降,CD_(18)表达逐渐增加;单纯用RU38486处理PMN,对CD_(18)的表达无明显作用。本研究结果提示DEX通过GR的介导,抑制了兔PMNCD_(18)的表达。
The basic expression of CD 18 on the surface of rabbit neutrophil (PMN) was observed. Dexamethasone (DEX) reduced its expression in a dose - dependent manner. Glucocorticoid receptor (GR) blocker RU38486 and DEX treated PMN at the same time. With the decrease of DEX / RU38486 concentration, the expression of CD_ (18) gradually increased. Treatment of PMN with RU38486 alone had no effect on the expression of CD_ (18). Our results suggest that DEX inhibits the expression of PMNCD_ (18) in rabbits through the mediation of GR.
