根据建设部建标(1991)366号文“关于发布行业标准《建筑装饰工程施工及验收规范》的通知”,由中国建筑科学研究院主编的《建筑装饰工程施工及验收规范》已经审查,批准为行业标准,编号为JGJ73-91,自1991年12月1日起施行。《装饰工程施工及验收规范》(GBJ 210-83) 同时废止。为此,特将该规范修订过程及主要修订内容作一简介,以使有关人员对修订后的《规范》有一总体了解,以利于对《规范》的实施。 1 任务来源及修编过程根据国家计委计标函(1987)78号文和建设部(88)城标第141号文关于下达“1988年制、修订标准、规范、规程项目计划”的
According to the “Notice on the release of the industry standard “Code for Construction and Acceptance of Building Decoration Engineering” issued by the Ministry of Construction Jian Biao (1991) No. 366”, the “Code for Construction and Acceptance of Building Decoration Engineering” edited by China Academy of Building Research has been reviewed and approved. It is an industry standard and numbered JGJ73-91. It will come into effect on December 1, 1991. The “Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Construction Works” (GBJ 210-83) shall be repealed at the same time. For this purpose, we will make a brief introduction to the process of revision of the specification and major revisions, so that the relevant personnel will have an overall understanding of the revised “Regulations” so as to facilitate the implementation of the “Code”. 1 The source of the task and the revision process are based on the State Planning Commission’s plan letter (1987) No. 78 and the Ministry of Construction’s (88) City Standard No. 141 concerning the release of the “1988 System, Revision of Standards, Specifications, and Regulations Project Plan”.
