企业的纪检监察部门历经了从无到有的历程,取得了很大的工作成效。在工作当中我们摸索总结出了很多经验,也提出了一些问题,例如领导不重视,纪检部门工作畏首畏尾,制度、机构不健全,监督力量不够等,要想解决这些问题,最重要的是要提高领导重视,其次是应采取派驻制度,垂直领导管理制度。第三是要提高纪检监察部门职工的能力素质。通过纪检部门干部的共同探索与努力,一定能为企业创造出一个良好的发展环境。
Discipline inspection and supervision departments of enterprises have gone through the process from scratch and achieved great results.
