针对25K型客车在运用检修中发现的大量车轮轮缘偏磨、踏面热龟裂、轴承滚子端面及活动挡圈过热变色、外排轴承外圈外挡边“咬伤”等故障,分析了引发故障的原因,提出了相应的措施。
Aiming at the defects such as wheel rim eccentric wear, hot cracking of tread, overheating of bearing roller end face and moving collar, discoloration of outer rim of outer row bearing and so on, which are found in the overhaul of 25K passenger car, The cause of the failure, put forward the corresponding measures.
