一.问题的提出 我国《规范TJ15—74》中列出的住宅给水管道设计流量计算公式,来源于苏联1962年规范公式(CH_NⅡ—21—62)。当初苏联统计分析了1500栋居住建筑为期六年的实测数据,而后得出计算公式,后因关系式在许多实际情况下,计算所得的流量值显著偏小,为此在公式后添加上修正项KN。在没有可靠依据的情况下,这样做只能缓冲一下矛盾,但不能从根本上解决问题。当量值N≤300时,修正项KN在公式中
