目的:验证本课题组研究开发的中医实验动物证候表征采集分析系统,并对瘀热互结证模型大鼠的多项与望诊相关的表征指标进行测试与评价。方法:利用中医实验动物证候表征采集分析系统对瘀热互结证模型大鼠的毛色、眼睛颜色、耳廓颜色、舌色、足爪与尾部等多项中医证候表征指标采集分析。结果:模型组大鼠与正常组大鼠在眼睛颜色、耳廓颜色、舌色、足爪瘀血程度与尾部瘀血比例等方面相比较具有明显差异(多数指标RGB百分比值相比较,P<0.05),且与肉眼观察到的症状及其它病理指标反应的病证情况相一致。结论:本系统初步实现了中医实验动物证候表征某些望诊指标采集的数字化,分析自动化,达到了客观、科学的要求,且实用性好。
OBJECTIVE: To verify the collection and analysis system of TCM experimental animal syndromes researched and developed by our research group, and to test and evaluate the multiple indicators related to the diagnosis and treatment of the syndrome of heat-stasis syndrome. Methods: By using the collection and analysis system of experimental animal syndromes of Chinese medicine, a number of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes such as coat color, eye color, auricle color, tongue color, paw and tail were collected and analyzed. Results: There was a significant difference between the model group and the normal group in terms of eye color, auricle color, tongue color, degree of stasis of foot and tail stasis ratio (percentage of most indicators RGB, P < 0.05), and with the naked eye to observe the symptoms and other pathological indicators reflect the disease is consistent. Conclusion: The system has initially realized the digitization and analysis automation of the collection of some diagnostic criteria of experimental animal syndromes in TCM, which has met the objective and scientific requirements and is of good practicability.
