教师的科研素质决定了学校科研水平的高低。在民办高职院校,由于各种原因,教师整体科研素质水平较低,教师之间的科研素质水平相差较大,提升民办高职院校教师的科研素质水平对其发展起到重要的作用。本文作者通过调查分析部分民办高职院校教师科研素质水平,总结出适合民办高职院校教师科研素质水平提高的策略。
The quality of scientific research teachers determine the level of school science and technology. In private higher vocational colleges, due to various reasons, teachers’ overall quality of scientific research is lower, and the quality of scientific research among teachers is quite different. Improving the quality of scientific research of teachers in private higher vocational colleges plays an important role in its development . Through investigating and analyzing the quality of teachers’ research in some private higher vocational colleges, the author summarizes the strategies suitable for improving the quality of scientific research in private higher vocational colleges.
