安徽省太和县第一小学创建于1948年。学校总结出“紧扣时代脉博,系统抓,抓系统,推陈出新”的十六字素质教育思想。从2007年开始,为了进一步推进校园文化建设,传承优秀中华文化,构建和谐文明校园,学校开设了写字课,成立了由各年级学生广泛参加的书法兴趣小组,并以书法教育为突破口,全面推进素质教育,培养学生的个性和特长,走出了一条特色鲜明的办学之路。
