[目的]分离并筛选具有抗黑斑病活性的内生真菌。[方法]从陕西省西安、咸阳、宝鸡、渭南4个地点采集各种类型的健康月季品种,从茎和叶组织中分离内生真菌并通过转接2~3次进行纯化,采用改良的打孔法筛选对黑斑病病原菌有拮抗作用的内生真菌。[结果]共分离获得月季内生真菌67株,其中咸阳采集的样品内生菌的定殖率和分离率最高;月季的茎段内生真菌的定殖率和分离率明显高于叶片。从67株内生真菌中筛选出3株具有抗黑斑病活性的内生菌菌株,并且全部来自宝鸡。[结论]该研究为进一步筛选生防真菌的候选菌株及环境友好型真菌生物防治奠定了基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to isolate and screen endophytic fungi with anti-melasma activity. [Method] Various types of healthy rose cultivars were collected from 4 sites in Xi’an, Xianyang, Baoji and Weinan in Shaanxi Province. Endophytic fungi were isolated from stem and leaf tissues and were then transferred 2 to 3 times for purification. Screening of Endophytic Fungi Antagonistic against Pathogen of Black Spot Disease. [Result] There were 67 endophytic fungi isolated from the seasons, of which the colonization rate and isolation rate of the endophytic bacteria collected from Xianyang were the highest. The colonization rate and separation rate of endophytic fungi in the stem of rose were significantly higher than those of the leaves. Three endophytic strains with anti-black spot activity were screened from 67 endophytic fungi, and all of them were from Baoji. [Conclusion] The study laid the foundation for further screening biological strains of biocontrol fungi and biological control of environment-friendly fungi.
