传统的鼓膜穿刺方法有视野不清、进针不稳、深浅不准等缺点,给临床工作带来困难。我院自1989年以来,使用自制简易鼓膜穿刺耳镜为40例(45耳)进行鼓膜穿刺吸液,其中10例(10耳)鼓室注药,均一次成功,效果良好。一、制作方法 1.在耳镜底端(粗口)锯一个“(?)”形缺口,其边长各为5mm,口宽为2mm(附图)。可制作大中小三种口径的耳镜各一个,根据患者外耳道宽窄酌情选用。 2.利用一次性输液器的针头和细软胶管部分长度为100mm,去掉多余部分。 3.取常用鼓膜穿刺针(7号长针头),在针体与针头连接处剪断,取75mm长针体接在一次性输液器针体所在位置(即针柄上),成为带细软胶管的鼓膜穿刺针。
