运用定性定量相结合的方法研究了“汽车召回”的社会效益的评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法和GIOWA算法,利用多属性模糊决策方法计算汽车召回的社会效益等级。
The paper uses the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis to study the evaluation index system of the social benefit of “car recall ”, and calculates the social benefit level of car recall by using AHP and GIOWA algorithm and multi-attribute fuzzy decision method.
