依据实际需求将整个建筑过程划分为很多个比较小的施工过程,也就是我们通常情况之下提及到的流水施工。流水施工技术施行的过程中首先是需要在纵向上将整个工程项目划分为几个施工层次,再在平面之上将其划分为几个施工段,而后再依据施工实际需求构建施工小组抑或是施工队伍,依据既定的顺序展开施工相关工作,妥善的将每一个施工流程完成。笔者依据实际工作经验及相关文献资料的记载,对流水施工技术在建筑工程现场管理领域中的应用进行分析,希望能够在今后相关的工作人员对这个问题进行分析的时候起到一定程度的借鉴性作用,最终在我国社会经济发展进程向前推进的过程中做出一定的贡献。
