流动资金运用效果,是考核企业的重要经济技术指标之一。企业要千方百计挖掘潜力,加强流动资金的管理,以较低的资金占用水平或较快的资金周转速度达到提高流动资金运用效果的目的。流动资金加速周转所形成的相对节约或绝对节约,都将使垫支于社会生产过程中的一定资金,增强出力负荷,使一些潜在的生产因素,变为实际的生产因素,从而扩大再生产的规模,加速社会主义现代化建设的进程。
